Introduction to the Machinery Regulation

The aim of this training course is to provide a basic understanding of the Machinery Regulation and the fundamental 6-step process for CE marking. It covers the key differences between the Machinery Regulation and the Machinery Directive, the reasons for switching from a directive to a regulation, and an overview of the 6-step process. After acquiring the knowledge provided in the “Introduction to the Machinery Regulation” course and completing the exercises, delegates will be familiar with the regulation.

The course is available in person as well as live online with a training manager. Delegates must attend at a specific time on specific dates. To participate in the online training you will need a laptop with a webcam and Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. This course provides an ideal introduction to the Machinery Regulation, as well as an overview of the key differences in comparison with the Machinery Directive.
